What we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, preferred travel date, group size, trip style, selected route, message, and the page that led to your request.
For security, we may store a one-way technical fingerprint derived from the submitting IP address. We do not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, prepare a suggested itinerary or quote, reply to you, prevent form abuse, and maintain a record of the conversation.
We do not use inquiry data for unrelated advertising and do not sell personal information.
Retention
Unconfirmed inquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months so we can continue a conversation or understand prior requests. Booking, payment, tax, or dispute records may need to be kept longer where law or a contract requires it.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information connected with your inquiry. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons.
Submitting the form is optional. Without contact details, however, we cannot reply with a route plan or quote.
Contact
To make a privacy request, use the trip inquiry form and write "Privacy request" at the start of your message. We will use the email in that request only to verify and answer it.
This site currently does not accept online payment. Payment details should never be entered into the inquiry form.
